The hotel offers modern rooms on level 4 with conveniences and a balcony overlooking the alley. The service from the lovely female receptionist was outstanding, a perfect 10 for their customer service. Despite the noisy alley, the central location near restaurants and shops makes up for it.
The hotel is very conveniently located, close to everything we needed, with friendly and accommodating service. The rooms, although spacious and with balconies, showed some signs of wear and tear. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities met our expectations.
